About

Hi, I’m Gareth and I’m really pleased you’re here.

The website was primarily to add some things I have made and to be able to easily share them with other people. I would love for it to turn into something a little larger and have links / transcripts / videos of teachings I have found helpful along my path which might also help you along yours.

This Website is a large work in progress for me. I want it to be a place of learning for me and hopefully you can find something helpful here too. I would love to be able to commit to a blog and scheduled posting but I am currently very busy and have many commitments. I will try my best to keep up with anything I find important which I think you might enjoy too.

A little about me.

My name is Gareth, I live in south wales. I have been on a buddhist path formerly or in formerly for a few years now. I have been drawn to many traditions ..oddly enough in some sort of natural order. I was drawn to the secular stuff for quite a while and just looking for peace as I was quite unwel for some time but I just couldnt stop digging, then onto Theravada teachings of Ajahn Chah, Ajahn Sumedho and Ajahn Amaro of the Thai forest tradition. They have amazing insight and still listen to them very frequently. I was always drawn to Adyashanti as he seemed to be talking about something so clear, so close and has an amazingly compassionate way of speaking and pointing at the moon. I joined a online Sangha from the plum village tradition where I found some fantastic people and learnt what it was told hold space for people even when you want to try and help more than anything. Something I struggle with to this day is the need to fix and make better which is why the logo is Kuntuzangpo – All good or always good. He is here naked, carrying nothing, expecting nothing and wanting to change nothing. I ended up finding James Low by chance who absolutely changed my perspective on the world. I knew I needed to know and understand more and kept looking for a spiritual home which I have found between Palpung Changchub Dargyeling under the amazing Chorje Lama Rabsang and the selfless staff and Sangha there and James Low’s online SimplyBeing Sangha. I am forever grateful to everyone I have met along the way.
